Bob has over 30 years of experience in business management, e-marketing and classical marketing planning and execution for audio/video electronics, package goods, hair/skin care, fast food, toys, retail, direct marketing and medical/healthcare/DTC products and services.
In addition, Bob has expertise in major qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, including focus groups (he has moderated over 400 groups), mail and telephone surveys and Internet research utilizing some of the most sophisticated software.
During his career in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles, Bob worked at four of the top ten marketing agencies in the world: J. Walter Thompson, Young & Rubicam, Ogilvy & Mather and Kallir Philips Ross.

He has also worked on the client side at Redken, Warner Lambert and Xantech.
Bob was educated at Fairleigh Dickinson University and New School University. He has also completed various programs sponsored by CEDIA, The American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Ad Club of New York, and the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He was also selected by JWT New York management as a Future Agency Leader to attend the JWT World-wide Training Program in Amsterdam.
A frequent speaker and author of marketing materials, Bob was media-trained by the Brouillard Corporate Communications Group in New York City.
He has served as the President of the LA Chapters of the Business Marketing Association and the Medical Marketing Association. He has also served on the MMA National Board and on the Los Angeles Chapter Board of the American Marketing Association.
His interest in the training of new people in marketing led him to develop and head the JWT New York Office Training Program. He also lectures and teaches at various Los Angeles-area schools.
